London - Shopping - Books
Unusual bookshop, that just adds to the charm of Kentish Town's rather unusual shopping experience - a high street and surrounding roads which have a fair share of chains, but also some brilliant one-offs on the shopping front.
Anyway, back to the Hellenic. What's not to like about a bookshop covering Greek and Latin writing, with a fair selection of recent books translated into ancient Latin? I was particularly pleased to find the ancient Latin version of The Cat in The Hat for my dad - a retired classics teacher. Should amuse him for a while!
I think the shop has recently moved just down the road to new premises (I think 2 doors down and only in the last week or so) - so might be worth double checking the address.
